Sponsorships

Monetary sponsorships provide resources needed for Dallas-Fort Worth Clean Cities and NCTCOG to respond to ever-changing regional needs and requests with regard to alternative fuels, infrastructure, and other transportation efficiency needs. Funds may be used to support workshops and training, develop educational materials, or provide non-federal matching funds on grant proposals.

Current program sponsorship levels are detailed below, along with sponsor benefits associated with each level. Benefits last for one year based on date paid. For sponsorship greater than Level 3, contact staff at cleancities@nctcog.org to discuss a proposal.

Sponsorships can be made in one of three ways.

• Pay online through NCTCOG's webstore

• Coordinate with DFWCC staff to provide lunch or refreshments at DFWCC meetings or other appropriate events. The amount paid for food will be matched to the closest program sponsorship level. Payments must be made directly to the food vendor and cannot be processed through DFWCC staff. A copy of the receipt will be requested as documentation. The recognition will last for a year starting from the date of the expense.

• Request an invoice by contacting cleancities@nctcog.org with indication on what sponsorship level you wish to contribute. The invoice will provide instructions.
